PACKAGING

Styrofoam and cardboard are used inside the box to protect the product from scratches and external effects. The packaging is sturdy enough for safe deliveries.

MATERIAL

Our products are made of quality steel and painted with electrostatic powder paint, this paint protects the product from rust. However, when exposed to heavy snow and rain outdoors, it may start to rust after a while. Therefore, it is not suitable for outdoor use.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

Cleaning our products is very simple. First, clean the surface of the product with a damp soft cloth, then dry it with a soft cloth to avoid water marks.
Do not use chemicals when cleaning. Remember that hard polishing will damage the surface.

How long after purchasing my order will it be shipped?

Your orders are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days . DHL Kargo will deliver your order to you within 2-4 business days. (During campaign periods, the preparation of our products may take up to 10 business days.)

Our products will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with Aem guarantee. Our cargo is free of charge.

Our products include personalized products , the preparation time of these products varies between 5-10 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?

• If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.

If the cargo package or product is damaged or the package quantity is incorrect:

• After signing the cargo delivery receipt, have the cargo officer draw up a "Status Assessment Report".


• If you decide not to accept the cargo after checking the content and quantity, please hand over the product/box to the cargo officer with this report and invoice and send it back to us.
• If you have any questions, you can reach us via Whatsapp or e-mail.

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you may return your order for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
• The cargo company we have an agreement with is Yurtiçi Kargo.
• Please pack the product in its original packaging, complete and in a resalable condition. (Returns are not accepted for products without original packaging).
• After delivering the product to the cargo, we kindly ask you to share your cargo tracking number.
• Please make sure to pack all returned items well to avoid damage in transit.
• Aem is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return.
• After inspecting the returned items we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
• If your return does not meet these criteria, this policy will not apply.
