PACKAGING

Styrofoam and cardboard are used inside the box to protect the product from scratches and external effects. The packaging is sturdy enough for safe deliveries.

MATERIAL

Our products are made of quality steel and painted with electrostatic powder paint, this paint protects the product from rust. However, when exposed to heavy snow and rain outdoors, it may start to rust after a while. Therefore, it is not suitable for outdoor use.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

Cleaning our products is very simple. First, clean the surface of the product with a damp soft cloth, then dry it with a soft cloth to avoid water marks.
Do not use chemicals when cleaning. Remember that hard polishing will damage the surface.

How long after purchasing my order will it be shipped?

Your orders are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days . Yurtiçi Kargo will deliver your order to you within 2-4 business days. (During campaign periods, the preparation of our products may take up to 10 business days.)
Our products will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with Aem guarantee. Our cargo is free of charge.
Our products include personalized products , the preparation time of these products varies between 5-10 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?

If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.

If the cargo package or product is damaged or the package quantity is incorrect:

After signing the cargo delivery receipt, have the cargo officer draw up a "Status Assessment Report".
If you decide not to accept the cargo after checking the content and quantity, please hand over the product/box to the cargo officer with this report and invoice and send it back to us.

Turning on and off:
To turn on the Rechargeable Wall Lamp, open the On/Off Outline on the Product. Then, remove the plastic at the bottom of the remote control and press the On Button on the remote control. To turn it off, turn the On/Off Switch on the Product to the Off position.

Light Level Adjustment:
When the Rechargeable Wall Lamp is on, you can adjust the light level with the 10% 20% 40% 60% 80% 100% buttons on the remote control to set the desired brightness.

Charge:
Charge the battery before first use. To properly charge the Cordless Wall Light, we recommend the following:

Connect the USB cable.
Turn the Switch on the Product to Off Position
Insert the plug into the socket.
The signal lamp on the back of the product will light up red.
When the battery is fully charged the signal light will turn blue.

IMPORTANT: THE WALL MOUNTING DEVICE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR WALL/SURFACE. IF IT IS NOT SUITABLE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO SCREW IT.

Unsuitable grounds:

*Floors whose paint peels off quickly
