Turning on and off:
To turn on the Rechargeable Wall Lamp, open the On/Off Outline on the Product. Then, remove the plastic at the bottom of the remote control and press the On Button on the remote control. To turn it off, turn the On/Off Switch on the Product to the Off position.
Light Level Adjustment:
When the Rechargeable Wall Lamp is on, you can adjust the light level with the 10% 20% 40% 60% 80% 100% buttons on the remote control to set the desired brightness.
Charge:
Charge the battery before first use. To properly charge the Cordless Wall Light, we recommend the following:
- Connect the USB cable.
- Turn the Switch on the Product to Off Position
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- The signal lamp on the back of the product will light up red.
- When the battery is fully charged the signal light will turn blue.
IMPORTANT: THE WALL MOUNTING DEVICE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR WALL/SURFACE. IF IT IS NOT SUITABLE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO SCREW IT.
Unsuitable grounds:
*Treated wall floors
*Wallpapered floors
*Floors whose paint peels off quickly

- Individual customers (B2C):
We offer 1 year warranty on all products to our end customers. If still any problem occurs, we will be happy to help you and resolve your concerns as soon as possible. You can trust us and have a good feeling in every purchase. - Business customers (B2B):
For commercial customers who use our lights, for example in the catering industry and in everyday use, we offer a 6-month warranty. Here too, in case of a problem, we are at your side and will find a satisfactory solution.
How long after purchasing my order will it be shipped?
- Your orders are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days . Yurtiçi Kargo will deliver your order to you within 2-4 business days. (During campaign periods, the preparation of our products may take up to 10 business days.)
- Our products will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with Aem guarantee. Our cargo is free of charge.
- Our products include personalized products , the preparation time of these products varies between 5-10 business days.
What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?
- If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
If the cargo package or product is damaged or the package quantity is incorrect:
After signing the cargo delivery receipt, have the cargo officer draw up a "Status Assessment Report".
If you decide not to accept the cargo after checking the content and quantity, please hand over the product/box to the cargo officer with this report and invoice and send it back to us.
If you have any questions, you can reach us via Whatsapp or e-mail.
Return
If, contrary to expectations, you do not like the product, you can send it back to us within 15 days by using your Return Right.
- Return costs: If you are not satisfied or for similar reasons, you will be charged a shipping fee of 240 TL. .
- Free returns: For defective products. In this case, we will send you a new lamp via express delivery or offer repair.
